The “FOX Thursday Nights Guilty Pleasure Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fox Broadcasting Company (“Sponsor”), 10201 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90035 and brought to you by the FOX All Access Radio Show (“FAARS”).

1. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and Washington D. C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not a minor in his/her state of residence. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted and outside the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, FAARS, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Each online entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account associated with the e-mail address provided by entrant as of January 21, 2005. Limit one entry person and per e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, an online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail account at the time of entry.

2. START AND END DATES. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 22, 2004 and ends at 12:00 P.M. (noon) PT on February 4, 2005.

3. HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase or Internet Access Necessary. To enter, listen to the nationally-syndicated Fox All Access Radio Show from January 22- 30, 2005 (check out www.foxallaccess.com for local stations and times). There are two ways to enter: 1) Send us a postcard addressed to “FOX Thursday Nights Guilty Pleasure Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 641576, Los Angeles, California 90064 and include on the postcard your full name, age, complete mailing address and phone number with area code. 2) E-mail us at Allaccess@fox.com and leave your full name, age, complete mailing address and phone number with area code. Mail and email entries limit to one entry per person. Subsequent entries from a person or e-mail address will not be eligible for prizes. If multiple entries are received, only the first will be eligible. Multiple entries or entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Each e-mail entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e mail address identified in the entrant’s entry. Sweepstakes winners will be chosen in a random drawing from mail and e-mail entries. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered via e-mail, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e mail account governing the e mail address was opened. One winner per household. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. Sponsor, FAARS, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents will not be responsible technical or human errors in transmission of, or receipt of, telephone calls and/or miscommunication, as well as for technical or human errors in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of email entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from submitting an email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. All entries and information become property of Sponsor and FAARS and will not be returned. All information collected from you is being collected by Sponsor whose privacy policies will apply thereto, to be used solely in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable law. All mail and email entries must be received by 12:00 P.M. (noon) PT on February 4, 2005. Limit one mail or email entry per person. Entrants must provide all required information to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries and information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor and will be used by Sponsor in a lawful manner consistent with Sponsor's privacy policies, solely in connection with the Sweepstakes.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. On or about February 16, 2005, one grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible mail and email entries. An equal percent of mail and email entries will be randomly selected and compiled of which two (2) persons will be randomly selected as the winner of the prize. The selected winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about February 18, 2005. The selected winner will be required to respond to the winner notification by e-mail and/or telephone within 48 hours of attempted notification and, in such response, must provide his/her full name, complete mailing address, phone number including area code and date of birth to be eligible to receive prize. Selected winner must also meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules including, without limitation, residency and age requirements. On or about February 21, 2005, selected winners will also be sent (via email or overnight courier) an affidavit of eligibility together with liability/publicity releases for selected winner (collectively, "Affidavits and Releases"). Unless restricted by law, selected winner must complete and return (via facsimile and/or overnight courier) the Affidavits and Releases within 72 hours of the time/date the documents were sent to selected winner. The prize will be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate winner will be selected randomly from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the Affidavits and Releases and to return the documents as required by Sponsor; (iii) cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any. 5. PRIZES: FOLLOW THE OC TO THURSDAYS SWEEPSTAKES. One (1) Prize winner will win (a) one (1) Portable Ventless Fireplace; (b) one (1) Senseo coffee maker; (c) two (2) cappuccino/espresso cups and saucers; (d) one (1) chenille blanket by Colorado Comforts; (e) one pair (1) of his and hers slippers made by Old Friend; (g) two (2) sets of customized votive candles; (h) one (1) box of “Chocolate Sins” assorted chocolates. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $750. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize, and cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their likeness, photograph, name, or voice for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide (including winners list) by Sponsor, FAARS, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television without additional compensation or notification.

6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes subject to these complete Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. All federal state or other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor, FAARS, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes, administration of the Sweepstakes or in announcements involving the prizes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or the online portion) should a virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH ENTRANT. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
